I'm Elise

I'm an accredited practising dietitian helping women calm their gut and rebuild a relaxed, confident relationship with food. I became a dietitian because I saw something missing in the way women are told to manage their gut: real, lasting care instead of one more list of rules. My work is calm, structured and evidence-based — we move gently, reintroduce foods with confidence, and build a way of eating you can actually keep.
